19-year-old dies after motorcycle crash in Rockville

ROCKVILLE, Md. (WUSA9) -- A 19-year-old man died Friday after a motorcycle crash in Rockville.

An investigation by Montgomery County police found that a 2012 silver BMW 535i was turning left off eastbound Norbeck Road on to Westbury Road when it was hit by a yellow 2005 Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle.

The driver of the motorcycle, who was identified as Jarret Harman of Brookeville, was transported to Medstar Montgomery Medical Center, where police say he succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the BMW, an 83-year-old man, was not injured.

The accident happened at around 11:43 a.m.
